Why are your prices so cheap?
Because that is our mission. We are here to raise the bar in the GTA V scene by offering premium-quality content at fair and accessible prices. No overpriced fluff, just real value for your server.How do I download my purchase?
After checkout, your content is immediately available through your Cfx.re Keymaster account. Log in to the Granted Assets section and download it there.How fast is delivery?
All purchases are delivered instantly through Cfx Keymaster. There are no delays or email waits; the content goes straight to your account.Can I request a refund?
Refunds are not offered by default for digital goods. Creator-side refunds are discretionary goodwill exceptions handled case by case, while billing support and refund handling are handled by Tebex Limited as Merchant of Record.Can I transfer my purchased content to someone else?
Yes. You can use the one-time asset transfer feature through your Cfx.re Keymaster account, or gift the package during checkout.How do I manage or cancel a subscription?
If you purchased a subscription-based product, you can manage or cancel it anytime through Tebex Checkout payment history.Is your content Escrowed? Do you offer unlocked versions?
Our maps are escrow protected and cannot be released in unlocked form. All clothing items are delivered fully unlocked so you can customize, repack, and integrate them freely into your resources.Do you offer support?
Yes, our team provides support daily through Discord, typically responding within 24 hours.Is your content customizable?
Absolutely. Our clothing and mapping assets are made with flexibility in mind. You can replace textures, adjust placements, or integrate them with your server branding.Will you help if my existing MLO conflicts with yours?
We can only ensure conflict-free compatibility between our own MLOs, and only when purchased through one of our subscription packages. We cannot provide custom fixes for third-party MLO conflicts.Do you use shadow maps and reflections in your interiors?
Yes. All of our interiors are designed with baked shadow maps and correct reflection setups for immersive realism and optimal lighting.Do your MLOs include LODs?
Yes, we create Level of Detail models to help performance and keep visuals smooth even at a distance.Do your MLOs have proper audio occlusions?
Yes. The majority of our MLOs include carefully crafted audio occlusions for immersive and realistic in-game sound behavior.Do your interiors have enhanced door handling?
Many of our interiors include custom or enhanced door setups. Check the specific product description for each content item to confirm.Does Map XY conflict with your map XY?
Each product includes a Technical description listing the base game files we modify. Compare those file names with any map you are concerned about; if there is overlap, a conflict is very likely.Does your content support game build XY?
Supported game builds are listed on each product page. Most of our content works with all major and latest FiveM game builds, but check the listing to be sure.How many polygons do your clothes have?
Our clothing assets are performance-optimized, built with LODs and polygon budgets that support smooth gameplay even on servers with hundreds of players.Are your clothes ported from other games?
Yes, like most creators in the scene, we do port some pieces. We give full credit to original creators, collaborate with many of them directly, and follow their terms of use. We do not support low-quality or unauthorized ports.
